Max Cookward, an alumnus of the Northern School of Contemporary Dance CAT programme, has recently worked as Second Choreographer on the striking film GENER8ION – STORM I & II.
Directed by Romain Gavras and choreographed by internationally acclaimed artist Damien Jalet, the project stars Yung Lean and has taken the internet by storm. The powerful 7-minute film has gained widespread attention for its bold visual language and extraordinary choreography, blending cinematic storytelling with large-scale movement.
In addition to his role as Second Choreographer, Max also performs in the film, showcasing his continued development as both a performer and creative artist working at an international level. We are incredibly proud to see Max contributing to such a high-profile and innovative project, highlighting the exciting pathways CAT alumni go on to pursue.
