Calling all young dance enthusiasts aged 11 to 16, and up to 23 for D/deaf or disabled individuals. Join us for our Centre for Advanced Training Experience Day in Derby.
Whatever your previous experience of dance, you can take part in this day of workshops introducing you to both our Contemporary and Yuva Gati strands.
Take part in both our Contemporary workshop and Yuva Gati (South Asian dance styles) workshop or you can opt to do just one of them. Work with our team of professional tutors and artists, and meet like-minded people who love to dance.
The day will not only include opportunities to take part in dance workshops exploring Contemporary and South Asian dance styles, but you will also meet some of the Centre for Advanced Training (CAT) team. After the workshops there will be a Q&A with the team to have a chat about the programme; potential careers in dance and what that could mean.
This event is free but an online booking form must be filled out to reserve a place.
