NEW DATE ANNOUNCED
Due to the current situation and in response to government guidelines regarding COVID 19 our May 2020 audition was postponed until September 2020 and therefore new starters will have a phased entry onto the scheme in Autumn 2020.
We are delighted to be planning to welcome our programmes back into the building from September and to be able to host our annual audition face to face. We are making all the preparations to ensure we are working safely and the following advice from Public Health England.
Young people aged 11 to 17 with exceptional potential in dance and who live in the East Midlands are invited to audition for Dance4’s Centre for Advanced Training (CAT) programme for 2020/21 Academic Year.
The audition is FREE and is an opportunity to demonstrate potential by taking part in a practical contemporary dance class and creative workshop in front of a small selection panel.
This year the audition will be a slightly shorter session, including a 2-hour practical workshop and an open discussion. You will be allocated a morning or afternoon session.
To audition, an application form must be completed and submitted before Thursday 17 September 2020 12 pm, in order to reserve a place.
