Lowry Youth Dance Project – Project 2

Calling young people aged 8-14 who love to move! We are offering you the opportunity to upskill in new movement techniques and to unleash your artistic, physical creativity with Lowry Youth Dance Project. All genders and abilities welcome.

In this project you will receive:

• Tuition from industry professionals whilst making friends and learning new ways to move
• Bespoke workshops in choreography, movement technique and improvisation
• A performance opportunity

Dates

Thursdays 4.45 – 5.45 pm

• Free Taster Workshop: Thursday 14th January 2027
• Project 2: 21st January – 11th February and 25th February – 4th March 2027 (no session on 18th February)
• The project includes a performance opportunity, workshops and theatre visit during an event on Saturday 6th March) 

Cost

• Taster workshops are free
• Project 2: £35 (Salford Residents £21)
